How will loam & seed give me a new lawn?
Loam & seed is perfect for starting a new lawn or repairing spots on the existing one. We use local loam that contains a mixture of compost and soil, paired with a sun and shade seed mix making the new grass grow thick and green. No job too big or small when it comes to our loam & seed service. With proper watering, your lawn will be looking amazing 6-12 weeks after the initial planting. Moisture is critical for the young seedlings and the best time of year in Maine to plant a new lawn is in Spring and early Fall.
